Steps to provide consulting services
We rely on a framework consisting of seven simple and effective steps to provide our consulting services. The goal here is not to explain the stages of providing consulting in detail, but we are trying to shed light on the basic steps only. The framework depends largely on the information and data that the client provides to our consulting teams in addition to the information and data that our consulting teams extract themselves, so we may make some differences to this framework from one company to another according to a number of variables.
The following are the seven stages of providing consulting services
Step One: Identify the problem
In this stage, consultants work to form an accurate picture of the problems that the company suffers from, their dimensions, effects, and their connection to other problems within the company
Step Two: Structuring the problem
In this stage, our consulting teams work to carefully monitor all the factors that could affect the current position of the company and then divide the problem into categories
Step Three: Prioritize the issues
In this stage, we identify the most important issues. To focus efforts on these topics and save time by not considering irrelevant aspects.
Step 4 Analysis Plan and Action Plan
- Analysis Plan - is directly related to the way the problem is organized. The way the problem is divided will become the work units.
- Work Planning - This includes dividing the project into steps with specific deadlines and assigning consultants to carry out different tasks.
Step 5 Conduct Analysis
At this stage, efforts are focused on analyzing the causes of the problem, accurately identifying its effects, drawing up a plan to solve the problem, appointing its parties, training them on the solution or new solutions, and putting the solutions into practice.
Step 6 Collecting Results
At this stage, we collect evidence and tell the client very clearly what was found and what he should do.
Step 7 Delivering Work
At this stage, we deliver the consulting work in its final form, supervise the implementation of the solutions, and provide support to employees and managers during the implementation process.
